Duane Goodell,
President/CEO
Optimum Financial was started with the goal of truly helping to educate and create the best planning for our clients. We want our clients to achieve the best success to fulfill their goals and wishes throughout their lives.
I have been working in the Financial Services arena for over 19 years and am proud to adhere to the highest professional ethics and dedicated service.
It has been an honor to work with the clients that we have been able to help, and also the wonderful team that has been created in order to help our clients. One thing I believe is that Life is a learning experience, and we will continue to learn and add to our experience in order to be the best at what we do.

Frank Colon
Benefits and Financial Representitive
Frank joined the Optimum Financial team having previously worked in Sales and Customer Service with a major national insurance company. He is a Licensed Producer for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health products as well as being certified for Banking products.
He also brings 15+ years of experience in International Business, Management, Manufacturing and Sales as a Latin American specialist to the table.
Educational Achievements include :
- Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin Pierce College including International Studies in Eastern and Western Europe as well as National Collegiate Representative of the American Marketing Association
- Master of Business Administration degree (graduated Cum Laude) from New Hampshire College, with an advanced certificate in International Business.
Jess Wirkkala
Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist
Jessica joined Optimum Financial in 2005.
With a Sales and Marketing background from both an International Retail company and the Insurance industry, Jessica brings a solid skill set to the team.
Jessica is an account manager and customer service specialist for our customers. She also acts as liason with our Vendor partners keeping abreast of changes in rules and regulations in the industry.
She contributes to the “not your average run of the mill office” attitude we pursue at Optimum Financial
Gail Harris
Administration
I came to Optimum Financial in 2010 with over 10 years’ of experience in the insurance industry to work within the area of Administration.
Previously, within the insurance industry, my experience was primarily within the areas of accounting and auditing. As part of my responsibilities I interacted with insurance agents to resolve client accounting discrepancies, maintaining financial reports and training. I have also spent time working within the education system as a Teacher’s Aid performing a number of related tasks.
Since joining Optimum Financial I have enjoyed expanding both my education and experience within new areas of the financial and insurance industries.
It has been a pleasure being part of the team at Optimum Financial, particularly in the sense of working with individuals who truly care about others.
